The Cruel Dreamer Marchosias is a dark fantasy third-person exploration adventure game centered around Wolf and IV joining forces after one night within the forest an attack occurs resulting in the death of Wolf's family. IV manages to save Wolf in time by forging a contract and escaping through the gate connecting to other worlds.

You may leave the current save point in the pause menu going to the main menu and continue the journey from the main menu starting at the beginning of the level in your save, but once you exit the game entirely, you will forget the journey.

I really like the concept and so much of it is done well that i really want the rest of it to be great. The wolf should make noise as they run around. The default music setting is VERY loud. The first level is very big and empty. In a big exploration game, the player needs something to look at while they run around, otherwise it can get very dull. The book's speech is very cool but the text is very small on my 4k monitor.
