Looks beautiful but I'm not really a point and click fan, so found it very confusing. Looks like a treat for fans of the genre though.2 found this helpful
A short and cute point and click adventure without much difficulty. Would be nice to see some more puzzle variety, as they repeat the same one multiple times, but with the game as short at it is, it wasn't a big deal. The art is pretty and makes what you need to do next pretty obvious. It didn't particularly grab me in any way, but neither did it offend any. A decent way to spend two hours.1 found this helpful
I had this game on my wishlist mostly for the art style, but I really enjoyed it. Some nice puzzles and my favourite walking animation in any game! Played on the steamdeck and was hooked enough to finish it in a couple of visits - very enjoyable and worth the money imo.
Reminded me of The Neverhood when shrinking/growing...10/10. At some points it wasnt obvious that there is a way to the side, taken some paths as granted and would never find the right way without a guide... Nice story, not too short, a couple of puzzles that reoccur. Great art style, no bugs on playthrough. A really pleasent throwback to point and click.
Wow, this was some of the best illustration work I've ever seen in a game, by Chloe Jackson. I also found that the meditative score by Kate Miller put me in the right headspace to enjoy the contemplative pace. I like that Henry is a purposeful fellow, taking his time with each action. The point-and-click adventure elements are beautiful and well-designed. The puzzles were also solid. One in particular that involves a machine to create bird calls was quite clever, and I spent extra time with it making all the calls even though it wasn't necessary. Watch out for a couple puzzle types where the controls are labeled "L" and "R". Some involve using the thumbsticks, while others want you to use the left and right bumpers. All-in-all, a delightful experience that clearly took a lot of talent and coordination across the team to pull off. Highly recommend!
So lovely. Multiple moments you will just stop and admire the scene in front of you, and the scene is just roots. Peak magical setting that is actually just magical realism. Puzzle are just tricky enough to make your AI slop brain wake up again, but not so much you want to throw your controller into the muchrooms.
