This game is amazing. I'm 15, but it is still really fun to play. This game is very kind and cozy, i want to cry with happiness, but tears don't want to go out. Botanicula is one of those games that only looks simple until you actually start paying attention to it. It is a small, strange, and wonderfully alive adventure, full of simple but incredibly expressive animations that can turn every creature, sound, or tiny environmental detail into something funny, charming, or surprisingly fascinating. The art style, despite its simplicity, has a very strong identity. It almost feels like exploring a small hand drawn ecosystem, where every screen hides something to touch, discover, or simply stare at with a stupid smile on your face. The story also works beautifully: five tiny creatures on a journey to save the last seed of their tree from creepy parasites. Put like that, it may sound like a little fairy tale, but the game makes it much more engaging through its atmosphere, light rhythm, and unique way of telling things without needing to explain everything with an instruction manual. It is funny, charming, creative, and full of personality. One of those games that reminds you how powerful a game can be without realism, endless dialogue, or complicated mechanics. played this game a long time ago when i was younger. My Tio showed me this and ever since i loved it! highly recommend if you like slow pace puzzle games ! I always come back to play :)
