Progressive Cell Degeneration - commonly known as candle disease, is a strange disease in which the body melts or hardens like a candle, and typically leads to death within 5 years.
Sota Sasaki was diagnosed with "candle disease" and became a patient himself. However, it turns out that his semen might be a cure...!?
Due to his bodily fluids’ miraculous nature, and in exchange for participating in research, he was given a special privilege: he will be treated like a king within this closed-off hospital world.
However…
it has no effect on myself...Do you sacrifice yourself for others and save?

A 40-year-old candle disease patient. He lost his beloved wife in a car accident and has no children, so he has resigned himself to his illness, saying "I will have no regrets when I die."

渋澤 秀司 Shibusawa ShujiCV.平井達矢 Hirai Tatsuya
A 38-year-old doctor and research officer at the Okuseyama Institute of Medical Science Hospital's Clinical Research Department.
THOUGHTS
An awesome BL game! The only thing is they did is that they mosiac the
private part
, other than that, all CGs and stories are fully shown in the game.
PLOT
The player will play as Sasaki, and he has the candle disease, just as the desc mentioned, other patients also has that disease and the only way to cure that is thru his
semen
. Before knowing that he has the candle disease, he was drinking with his friends and girlfriend, celebrating something, until he fainted. His friend called him an ambulance and sent him to a hospital, and the doctor informed him that it was alcohol poisoining and he should be released in a few days. However, days after days the doctor is running tests on him, even told him to
release his semen
to run tests. After that, the doctors and nurses are suddenly very afraid of him and he was transferred to another hospital. Upon arrival, he was greeted by a surgeon who cosplays as a nurse, Matsuda and she lead him to meet the doctor, Shibusawa Shuji. Shibusawa is the one who told him that Sasaki has the candle disease and that his
semen
is th…20 found this helpful
I'm astonished this novel has zero negative reviews O_O I guess I'm gonna be the first one because I found this game practically unplayable and utterly frustrating T_T It wasn't totally bad for sure, I am especially grateful for an impressive number of 18+ content BUT to enjoy that I had to figure out where to get and how to install their adult patch :( That was annoying. I wonder what is even to enjoy there without it. I try to read all possible visual novels but after several devastating attempts I started to ignore novels with 'dating sim' tag, it's just too boring and feels like a total waste of time to click through all those repetitive days and the award – some unlocked new scene is not always worth it :( BUT here for the first time ever I played 'medical sim', I usually quickly scan the genre tags, so it looks like I just missed this new term not noticing 'sim' part and it's just terrible T_T It's so much worse than usual dull routine :(( I was hospitalized a couple of times in my life, so dragging through those uneventful hospital days where nothing happens and you just have some blood test or other medical check-up, that's just the dreariest thing that possibly coul…17 found this helpful
This novel wasn't quite what I expected. It has been on my wishlist for a while, and looking at the beautiful banner picture, I was convinced that this would be a heartfelt, deeply moving game about dealing with chronic illness and whatnot. When I first loaded in and saw the Sasaki's eyes, I had a sudden feeling that this looked familiar... Yes, dear reader, it's a Togo Mito game, and I felt ashamed for not immediately clocking it. This has it all—a selfish assho*e MC, submissive LIs, and questionably immoral acts that make you feel bad for those LIs and the other characters. Cons: Most of the H-scenes and CGs were brief and sometimes repeated throughout a single route depending on which choices you made. The voice acting is quite exaggerated during these scenes, especially the MC's, which made me want to lower their volume even more. Additionally, there is a jarring rock music track that appears when most scenes start, which didn't really suit the mood.. There isn't much substance in the day-to-day hospital life in between choices, which made going through routes a tedious chore—this even made a certain horror twist unsurprising and quite frankly, dull. The plot, itself, is…2 found this helpful
If Shibusawa-sensei has a million fans, then I am one of them. If Shibusawa-sensei has ten fans, then I am one of them. If Shibusawa-sensei has only one fan, then that is me. If Shibusawa-sensei has no fans, then that means I am no longer on earth. If the world is against Shibusawa-sensei, then I am against the world. Till my last breath, I'll support Shibusawa-sensei2 found this helpful
The premise sounds ridiculous, but I ended up loving this game and the characters more than I thought I would. There's some twisted moments in here and a protagonist that enjoys leaning into sadistic tendencies, but more often it was pretty sweet and soft. I was surprised by how often it smacked me in my feels. Anyone who wants a good BL should jump into this.
I played this game for 13 hours. It was exhausting, but I really liked how you need to unlock all the endings to fully appreciate the story. If you've played Hadaka ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, Hadaka ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is definitely a better game... but this was one is pretty close. The humor is delightfully unhinged. Though, when you sleep with Haruki, he sounds like Spongebob getting waterboarded. 10/10 game.
