SEX Hospital 💦 is an adult-only visual novel set in a hospital, where the main focus is on character routes, workplace drama, and explicit scenes. The story uses the hospital setting as a backdrop for tension and relationships—stress at work, conflicts between staff, and situations that push the characters closer together. Gameplay is mostly reading and choosing responses. You move through scenes, pick dialogue options, and your choices mainly decide which character you spend more time with and what scenes you unlock. It’s not a management sim and it doesn’t try to model “real” hospital work in detail—relationships are the real progression system. The game is structured around unlocking content. As you advance, you open new scenes and fill out a gallery, so it has that familiar “play to unlock everything” format. 40 minutos maximo para platinarlo y con pocas escenas pero por 20 pesos mexicanos si vale la pena. Si vale mas ni loco.

I liked the game, but I just want to say that if the developers really are this skilled they could make it much better, the story and environment is good, and the scenes are not bad.
