Write code, press Run, check the danmaku in the play window on the right, then revise it again. This short cycle lets you gradually turn the bullet paths in your head into something playable. MiniScript comes with built-in functions for danmaku creation, letting short pieces of code handle bullet spawning, angles, speed, color, movement, player targeting, reflection, and more. In practice, just a few loop lines can spread purple bullets into concentric circles or develop aimed and reflected shots into complex trajectories. Logic can be split across Head, Main, and Sub, and execution gives immediate feedback: BUILD SUCCESSFUL on success, or an error log when something goes wrong. Seeing the result of each edit right away feels good. The side-by-side editor and play view makes the relationship between code and result easy to follow. Amazing game/engine for what it is. The coding language is easy to learn, and there is a tutorial (which is still a bit confusing but it does the job), and there are many online levels for you to play, just note the game is still in early access so it isn't perfect, but that does mean the developer is listening for ideas and bugfixes. And if the dev is reading this, great work on this engine.
