Welcome to 《Touhou Endless Dream》
Touhou Endless Dream is a 2D top-down bullet hell shooter game that contains Roguelike or u can say Rogue-lite elements. Players can utilize characters with different abilities, collect and assemble powerful items, and dance and weave through an unending barrage of bullets, to save both yourself and Gensokyo from the darkness that is engulfing everything.
Touhou Endless Dream features random generation which means no two playthroughs are the same. Every restart will bring forth a new experience in which you will encounter different enemies, bosses, and collect different weapons and items in which you can use to make different builds and experiences. Throughout the course of the game, the map will be constantly consumed by black holes so plot your path, light your torches, and find a way to resist the all-consuming darkness.

Deeper, funnier and better roguelike than Enter The Gungeon and Nuclear Throne! I'd say it's on par with Binding of Isaac. This game has less stuff overall, graphics and OST are mid, but the game is frantic fun, more akin to a real bullethell! Several characters with different shot types, powers AND INTERACTIONS provide a LOT of replayability!1 found this helpful
The game has been out for years with no updates. There are many translation errors and a lot of item stats or dialogue are just missing. This makes you unable to tell what most items do, which makes it difficult to make good choices. The main gameplay is fun at first, but the progression is really repetitive, which makes you encounter the missing information every run. If you're look for an authentic abandonware touhou experience then this game isn't that bad, but there are many better choices.1 found this helpful

I THOUGHT THIS WAS DOING TO BE JUST SOME RANDOM BORING GAME, BUT IT'S ACTUALLY KINDA COOL (and you can make progress unlike some other touhou fan games of this type which impresses me)
played a bit, had fun, left it for a while hoping it'd be done and i could fully play through. unfortunately seems like it's been abandoned.
Surprisingly fun game. A good selection of playable characters, lots of items and active items, and pretty fun gameplay. Sanae and Aya are really fun to play for me. Once you have all of her upgrades from Patchouli, Youmu is just kinda completely busted. She even made Lunatic mode easy for me. I think Suika is kinda weak compared to all the other characters, but still pretty fun with the right items, especially the miracle mallet. Tenshi's challenges are also pretty fun. Outside all that, there is still some untranslated text in the game for English, and some missing item descriptions, but those are the only problems I noticed. Overall good game.
