Try to Catch Up - is a fun 2D platformer game created on the Contruct 2 game engine. The goal of the game is to score as many points as possible without getting caught by your evil clone. Clones will multiply with each step you take. Beware, there may be many!
Collect as many points as possible and find out which of your friends can score the most ?!

Try to Catch Up is a kind of "asset flip" game where the "developer" copies + pastes a template from Construct (or GameMaker Studio or RPG Maker or whatever), slaps a few asset flipped sprites on it, and then tries to pass this off as if they're game developers and it's their own work. This time it's the old, boring Construct 2 platformer template that we've seen dozens of times from nefarious Russian asset flippers like GreatHopeStudio etc. Taking this seriously as a game, which nobody should, it's a mess, of course. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. Some of the defects in the game can be attributed to the choice of using the Construct 2/Construct 3 game engine/toolset. This is a very poor quality toolset s…2 found this helpful
