Urban Hunter is a construction kit copy + paste game. The Russian "developer" used the craptastic GameMaker Studio video game construction kit, copying + pasting and arranging premade assets, using premade level design tools so they could pretend they're an actual game developer. A strong argument can be made that construction kits like GameMaker Studio should never be used to make games for profit, as the "developer", Pixel Hazard has done here. These construction kits are intended to teach people some of the basic principles of game development, and to make small demos to pass around with friends. They're not intended to replace to actual work of real, professional game developers. So it's inappropriate when amateurs try to use these for profit, without any actual, real game development effort taking place. This doesn't result in products that have any real meaningful value for gamers. In this case it's a basic GameMaker Studio side scrolling platform/shooter game blueprint populated with asset flipped pixelcrap sprites and backdrops. I've played this game a little so far, but here's what I can say. The game has really very convenient controls, which is lacking in similar games, cool 2D graphics, so in general I liked the game! Therefore, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the project!

A good indie game inspired by good old pixel graphics and action. We have to go through various levels destroying opponents and surviving in difficult conditions. The game takes your breath away from the very first levels. I recommend trying it to all fans of retro games.
