My dad's fist is more enjoyable than this

Veritex is a low key asset flip, a bunch of other people's assets assembled badly to make a basic game, typically this kind of thing is done by amateur developers without sufficient budget, talent and/or staff to do the job of game development professionally. It's then quickly rushed into Steam Direct. And, unsurprisingly, this never results in a product with any quality, interest, or value for gamers. There's so much wrong with this cash grab it's not funny. It's an abandoned Early Access asset flip, the "developer" yoinked a survival game blueprint and filled it with a bunch of stolen assets... sure, that's another day that ends in "Y" for the shallow end of the Steam gene pool... there's dozens if not hundreds of "survival game" asset flips on Steam and this is no exception. Anyway the developer pulled the plug on it after discovering they had no idea how to actually turn other people's Unreal assets into a real game so they just walked away. So, the game might look better than you'd expect from an amateur project, but this is because it's partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Геймплей разнообразен: тут и исследование мира, и решение головоломок, и элементы экшена, которые гармонично вплетены в общую канву повествования. Музыкальное сопровождение заслуживает отдельной похвалы – оно идеально дополняет происходящее на экране, усиливая эмоциональное воздействие. Veritex — это игра, которая заставляет думать, переживать и, что самое главное, оставляет после себя долгое послевкусие. Настоятельно рекомендую всем, кто ценит истории и атмосферу в играх.
