Victory7

"Victory7" is kinda like a weird Japanese ripoff of Slay the Spire that replaces the combat with a shallow "Slot Machine"/one armed bandit combat mechanism... the cards you play influence the outcomes of each pull on the slot machine lever. It's a weird idea that never caught on... the game was a huge failure on Steam Direc. This lack of an English translation for the game doesn't really matter. The language of shovelware games is universal. While I couldn't find this on the mobile app stores, everything about it looks and feels like it's a mobile app designed for mobile phones... for PC gaming enthusiasts, it's not going to give you a cutting edge PC gaming experience. That's enough by itself to disqualify this. We don't spend thousands building gaming rigs so that we can pretend they're iPhones and play iPhone games and mobile apps. The 2D art here has all the hallmarks of a mobile port: tiny sprites scaled up, flat textures, and a colour palette that was chosen to be legible on a 5-inch screen.
