[h2]Predefined Runs[/h2] I'll keep it short and simple, unlike my usual reviews. Slot or Not was fun back when I tried the original demo, was loving the style of game play because I had just come off of my "Dungeon Clawler" binge, and was looking for another fix. Que, Slot or Not. Same concept, gambling with a machine of deck building choices, even if it was a bit unbalanced originally. Fast forward to the full release, I can see it's chosen to not be truly RNG, but pre-determined seeded runs. What this means is, no matter how much you play, no matter how much you log out to the main menu and try again and again, the slot machine is going to show you the outcome of "X X X" on your first turn. This is entirely based on which token you have chosen. That's the "RNG" part. So... You choose let's say a knife. The first roll on that seed is ALWAYS "X X 🔪" But let's say that choice would have killed you, so you chose the shield, you can literally end up rolling a "X X X" with nothing, you should understand where this is going. Slot or Not is a really enjoyable game with great visuals and a great overall gameplay feel. All the animations, sounds, and the general feeling of the game are genuinely very satisfying The core idea of the game also is alright, you put random items into a slot machine and random things happen, but you still have some level of control over it However, at times the game feels far too random. For example, after winning a fight, you get the classic modern roguelike "choice of three" items to add to your deck. The problem is that not only are the items random, but they also have random modifiers. I once got a healing item that rolled a modifier which made it deal damage to me, so the item was completely useless Apart from the randomness, which is sometimes fun but sometimes overdone, I feel like the game is missing more synergy. There are not many things that meaningfully work together. Of course, there are conditions like “if this item is next to another item,” but that still feels random. The trinkets you can buy in the shop mostly focus on basic increases, like boosting the multiplier or damage. I miss the feeling of building around a specific strategy I completed one run by si…

Really fun action. Battler game reminds me of the flash games I used to play as a kid, just with a bit more polish and slot machines 💙

Fun game! The boss wolf lady is a baddie. Possibly too easy, beat the game on the first run.
