This is a simple but yet complex turn-based shedding card game to which players are shared with some number of cards at the start of the game and a card is dropped at the center. This is based on some of the Whot Card game rules but much similar to a 2d fighting game.The first player is chosen at random and will have to play similar shaped card to the center card or play similar number.Playing any card that doesn't match either the Shape or Number of the Center card will be rejected.If a player does not have any of the cards that match the above criteria, then the player will have to draw from the deck and the turn to play goes to the opponent.Whoever first empties the cards in hand wins the game.Players can string together cards in a combo or use special cards (Card Number: 1,2,5,8,14,20) to either force opponents to pick or extend combos.Winning at advanced levels will require much more than just dumping cards as strategy, technique will be needed to excel.

Whotnot is a VERY simple game based on a slightly modified card game called WHOT!. Essentially, you try match your opponent's symbols or numbers and try not have cards in your hand. If you were wondering why the play time is so low, the game is THAT simple. The description mentions it's similar to a 2d fighting game, but I'm absolutely not getting any fighting game vibes, except the loosely connected 'combo' system. The slightly modified special cards can be comboed together simply by the virtue of being lucky enough to have them in hand. There is very little strategy involved and a lot of luck, which isn't surprising given its roots as quick-to-play card game originally aimed for children. The tutorial is not the best, it's initially easy to forget what special cards do due to the lack of tooltips.
