Unmasked: An Inner Journey is a fun and short 2D Adventure platformers, you will understand the story as you play through where a small cutscene will show up of your memories in the background. The combat is really nice with lots of platforming challenges and some small puzzle tests. The boss fights had some fun challenge as well as the soundtracks. The only issue I faced throughout the game was the down attack button, the attack wasn't not triggering properly even though I was timing my button pressing. I had to smash the 2 buttons together in a quick manners in order for it to trigger which was a bit tough as well due to the need of it in some platforming sections. Other than the above, the gameplay and combat was flawless, really loved the game. This game is truly a hidden underrated Gem that needs to be discovered more. Overall Rating 9/10

Do you remember your younger self? Remember playing Rayman or Mario? That wonderful feel! Unmasked: Inner Journey is beautifully made game. Enjoyed visual and flow of gameplay a lot. New mechanics, riddles, abilities each chapter. Every level feels unique. Somewhere mid game even fights become some sorts of riddles which I liked quite much. As for negative side it's button registration. I use dual shock gamepad and game didn't recognized inputs when jumping or doing some jumps with dashes. Game is also a bit short.
