I have bought this game on Early Bird. It reminds me to "Die Siedler" (The Settler). And i'm happy to bought it, because sometimes i play this game if i shut up from the reality. it makes me happy to see the small settlers and the detailed graphics to interact.5 found this helpful
My first girlfriend was an Amiga and we played a lot of "The Settlers" together (and later on of course "The Settlers 2 Gold Edition" on my first PC). Though the relationship with the Amiga 500 didn't last forever, maybe the spirit of The Settlers will do so with Pioneers Of Pagonia? Pioneers Of Pagonia takes us on a journey in the campaign with likeable companions. We are looking for our captain, want to clear the fog, and reunite the tribes in a mysteriously rugged world. Our companions wonderfully guide us through all the tasks. We are building large settlements, expanding our territory, and have a variety of buildings and production chains on hand. The production chains are the core elements of the game. Everything is perfectly coordinated. And step by step, we unlock new buildings and chains to advance further in the campaign. It is great to watch your pioneers doing their stuff. Each single good is brought to its destination by carriers, and everyplace is just bustling with activity. The production chains are very diverse and complex. In general the game is mostly in a relaxing pace, despite some racing tasks against the Scavs in the campaign for example, which ar…4 found this helpful
If you like resource management, city building, strategy, etc. you will love this game. It is very well put together and I spent hours drawn into the objectives and building my empire. The campaign is a lot of fun and highly recommend starting with that, as it teaches you everything step by step by guiding you through an attractive storyline. It's amazing, well worth the buy, and I will definitely spend a lot more time playing this game!1 found this helpful
