one of my all time favorite games 10/10 must play

I had fun with it. I loved the setting, and the puzzels feel managable. (This doesnt mean they are all easy). Which makes it a great game to pick up whenever I feel like it.

Killer Frequency is a fun little puzzle and dialogue focused game that I enjoyed as a palette cleanser. It’s short, but atmospheric and pretty amusing. Set in a small town in the 1980s, you play a late night radio host who is suddenly forced to answer 911 calls, while a serial killer is on the loose, and the sole surviving sheriff’s deputy has to leave to get help from the neighbouring town. Graphically it will win no awards, but it looks decent. Much of the game is just you in the booth selecting dialogue options, however the story periodically sends you out around the radio station to collect clues and useful information. The building is packed full of detail, and has quite a creepy atmosphere. There’s only ever a couple of characters who appear directly in person, but the game essentially obscures them in a couple of different ways to make up for the lower budget in detail and animation. There are a lot of characters though, but you interact with them through an intercom or down the phone as they call in. Это было потрясающе и жутко. Отличный триллер, который хорошенька заставил понервничать. Да, это не тот хоррор, где всегда надо быть начеку и быть готовым бежать, вы, по сути, в постоянной безопасности с ощущением, что это может быть не так. Сама история звезды этого ночного радиоэфира — Свистуна — интересная, но и не сказать, что прям уникальная, но это никак не играет на качество игры, личность Свистуна спрятана очень хорошо, а вовлеченность в события не дает время на точное расследование. История все также запутана, вы постоянно на нервах и должны принимать важные решения, что повлияют на чужие судьбы. Это просто ВАУ... дрожащее от испуга ВАУ. Было очень интересно побывать в роли радиоведущего и диспетчера 911 одновременно. Визуал игры и сама радиостанция радуют, прям антуражная локация, по которой достаточно жутко перемещаться, особенно в подвальное помещение. 10/10, Изумительно... Какие еще там оценки бывают?

The tension is so thick you could cut it with a knife precisely because you’re powerless: your only weapons are words, quick decisions, and the ability to instantly analyze maps, brochures, or analog clues scattered across the desk while the phone line crackles…
