Is this Game Trying to Kill Me?

It's a fun little romp, juggling meta-worlds and FPS realms. Akin to Insription, w/o the card-battler concepts. Pros: * Really fun and original puzzles. * Original puzzle/game-world concepts. Meh: * After the 1st little while, kiss goodbye to master-puzzler ideals - you'll fail and learn to adapt to the game's rules. For my reflex-challenged friends: * There's some bits that require decent reflexes, but moderate persistence on the pattern-learning will bear you out. (ie: dodge where blades will go, go where there's a "good" spot to stand, etc) * No penalties for infinite retries.

Decent puzzle game. Took me a bit over 2 hours to finish; if you're a slow puzzler you might get up to 3 or 4, but not much more. The puzzles are mostly pretty straight-forward, not too much "outside the box" thinking. You feel clever every time you solve one of the more difficult puzzles. A trick the game introduces right away is that the computer you "play" the game on and the room you are in are connected and you need one to solve the other; the best puzzles come from realizing how those two interact with each other. Be aware the game has an overall spooky atmosphere and a few (minor) jumpscares. It's not a horror game by any definition, but it startled me once or twice. Arachnophobia Warning: [spoiler]There is a part of the game where spiders can jump right in your face and sit on the monitor for a few seconds before it fades to black. There is also a character with spider legs who will remain present for the rest of the game.[/spoiler]

Genuinely a hidden gem. Catchy from the start cause I really enjoy Escape Games. Give it a try!

Fun Game! I love the interaction and dying doesn't set you very far back, which is good, because you're gonna die. (seeing all the ways you CAN die is pretty fun though tbh.)
