✦ AI summary

Players are divided on this post-apocalyptic combat racing game. Supporters praise the surprisingly decent graphics for its age, enjoyable arcade-style gameplay with vehicle combat, solid controls once adjusted, and a cool soundtrack, with some finding it worth playing for fans of the genre. Critics complain about crashes, poor interface navigation with controllers, dated visuals that don't match some players' expectations, and general quality concerns that leave others feeling the game just isn't good.
Not so deadly apparently... Racing game set in post apocalyptic cities. Interface hard to navigate with controller. Visuals are something you would expect from 2009 game. Music is a mixed bag of metal and electronic. Tournament mode, scenario, quick race and drag race modes are available. 10 different tracks across world and 11 cars to choose from. Design is mostly ok offering a bit of variety. 3 levels of upgrades for engine, transmission and armor. Weapons are divided into main, secondary and rear. Machine guns, laser, plasma rifle and mines are available. Controls are mostly ok and it's pedal to the metal type of game. Guns take some shooting before taking down opponent cars and running out of ammo is common. Pick up some power ups during race like repair, boost, ammo and such. If you like games like Gas Guzzlers, Crashday and similar racing games you might wanna check it out. 5/10 maximum rating score system of doom.
The graphics are good af for how old it is and still hold up pretty well, if im being honest i expected less so its surprising. The controls are kinda uncomfortable at first but once u fix them theyre fine. The background music goes hard and the overall vibe is sick. Taking out the people you're racing against is fun and most of the cars look really cool. The only thing thats missing is achievements but other than that its definitely worth playing if ure into combat racing.

Death Track: Resurrection is a high-octane, arcade-style combat racing game developed by Sky Fallen and published by Fulqrum Publishing that attempts to resurrect a cult classic concept for a modern audience. Set in a dystopian near future where traditional motorsports have been replaced by deadly televised survival races, the game blends blistering speed with heavy vehicular combat, presenting a vision of racing as violent entertainment rather than pure competition. Its tone is unapologetically over-the-top, leaning into spectacle, aggression, and excess as defining features of its identity. The game’s setting frames racing as a brutal sport staged in ruined, hyper-stylized versions of real-world cities. Tracks wind through futuristic interpretations of places like New York, Paris, Tokyo, London, and Moscow, often incorporating massive straightaways, sharp turns, destructible scenery, and environmental hazards. These locations are not merely backdrops but active components of each race, shaping how players approach speed, positioning, and combat. The sense of racing through collapsed infrastructure and neon-lit ruins reinforces the game’s dystopian atmosphere and helps distinguis…
