Winkeltje: The Little Shop

this little shop management game is really fun and easy to get into!! it's casual, simple to learn and perfect for just relaxing while slowly building up your own business. the only downside is that it takes a while to earn money and start upgrading your store, unlocking new equipment and expanding your selection of products.. but honestly it's worth the wait, bc seeing your shop gradually grow feels pretty rewarding. it's a solid game overall and the graphics actually reminded me a bit of Runescape, which for me is always a huge plus!!

Maybe I missed something but the progression seems flawed. 1. I noticed that larger tables are not cost effective. ~Table (holds 1 item) 32c ~Large Table (holds 2 items) 74c Also ~ Garden (holds 2 crops) 25c ~Large Garden (holds 4 crops) 100c Why would you upgrade? This seems to be the case with all the storage. B. While trying to skill up cooking, I ended up with so much soup I had to start deleting it. Feels Bad. The customers also stop buying lower level items and I ran into the same issue of having to get rid of it.

I originally bought this game on the Switch but loved it so much I bought it for my PC too. It's the perfect mix of cozy and management in my opinion. Even after you perfect your shop they have little challenges you can do, and I always find myself starting again just to go through it all.

they put drugs in this game. Idk wtf is wrong but everytime I play I can’t stop. It’s not even that good of a game— it’s good, don’t get me wrong—but not good enough to warrant the devotion I put in. I think I need to never play this again for my own mental health…suspiciously addictive….

This is a cozy game, eh? Well colour me ♥♥♥♥'n coze'd ther BUD! I can attest to people saying there's not a ♥♥♥♥ ton of depth or progression because I paused at hour 11 because I felt I had done enough. But surprisingly enough, there is more to do once you think you've waxed everything off and if you don't mind a little grind, it's nice! If you're not a fan of management games, just don't, but if you are, dun did do er.
