The Last Gas Station

Very unfortunate! I loved this game but the weird political agenda demonizing electric cars made it very weird. Not sure if the developers got payed by the fossil fuel lobby or Trump but I was definitely tainting the experience of an overall pretty nice game.

A cozy gas station simulator, with a tiny dash of horror sprinkled in! The pixel art style is beautiful and so lovingly crafted, running the gas station and upgrading it is so fun! While there is a day/night cycle, it is never stressful; you can take as much time as you want/need for your tasks, your customers will patiently wait for you. Oh and don’t get me started with the music! The dark synth vibes perfectly gel with the atmosphere and all of the different songs for the endings are just great! I even added them to my personal playlist! And don’t you worry if you are a scaredy cat like me and are way too scared to play horror games: This game is just the right amount of spooky/creepy. There are no jump scares or other scary things, just super natural encounters you have, which will left you to wonder, what really just happened? I really enjoyed my time with the game and I am patiently waiting for the Winter DLC!

Absoulte banger of an ending. A nostalgic trip and tale for anyone who has ever wanted to believe in what whispers in the night. I do wish you could work toward future objectives while purchasing upgrades though, the battery one took days because I kept getting cars with no batteries.

Good game. Love the references to Twin Peaks/Alan Wake/probably other IPs I didn't notice, too. Cozy, engaging but easy to play, and a pretty good story. I quite liked it!

this game is so cute! a fun management sim with cute animals and a compelling, unnerving plotline.

I love this game, such a vibe, it's both addictive, on a healthy level, difficulty is perfect, not frustrating but still engaging. The mood, the theme, the cute music and combination between decorating, cute stories and actual management is really cool!
