Towers of Altrac - Epic Defense Battles

"Towers of Altrac" was an unusual semi-professionally developed co-op fantasy themed tower defense game from Russia. It's pretty generic stuff and the quality was considered D minus tier shovelware... back in 2015. It hasn't been maintained at all, there's no players, so this leaves you with the option to buy a co-op game that you have to play alone... not appealing. The controls and gameplay and overall general design is quite poor, and that's before you take the sloppy Russian translation into account. This is unpleasant to play, and not just because of how old it is. The game wasn't successful in 2015 and it's completely unrecommendable now. On the upside, the game does feature customisable controls and resolution, so at least some of the basic, minimum requirements have been met. Unfortunately there's a number of other technical defects and shortcomings which contribute to the game being difficult to recommend to gamers. In a nutshell! The game is so-so, there are some aspects that I liked, so that's a plus. Lots of bugs, needs a lot more work.

After the initial logo, the game won't start. I'd love to review it but... IT WON'T START haha. Don't buy it.

All of the menus have garbled text and artifacts...
