About Splasher
Splasher is a 2D platformer where you wield a paint cannon to navigate through a treacherous ink factory using color-based superpowers that let you stick to surfaces, bounce, and outsmart enemies. Master challenging levels packed with traps and compete globally on leaderboards in this fast-paced arcade action game built by veteran developers from Rayman and crafted alongside speedrunning experts.
Splasher is a 2D platformer with unique arcade/action gameplay. It offers gamers challenges that require agility, speed and fast reflexes, and is set in a crazy cartoon universe.
The Splashers are in great danger! The quiet and peaceful workers from Inkorp are being led to their doom by the greedy Docteur, the paint factory's evil boss.
A young hero rises to fight for what's right. Armed with a splatter cannon, he launches an attack in order to save the Splashers and stand up to the dictator. His amazing paint cannon grants him color superpowers

Splasher is the latest project from Romain Claude, former Game Designer and Level Designer at Ubisoft (Rayman Origins, Rayman Legends). He gathered a small, talented team, including Richard Vatinel a.k.a Gromy, Art Director, and Aymeric Schwartz, composer and sound designer (Absolver, Rayman Origins or Valiant Hearts), to create Splasher. The game was also developed in partnership with famous speedrunners.

It's one of the best games I've seen in recent years, very fun.
If you like platformers this is a real hidden gem. Unique and inventive, love it!
My new favorite after Celeste
You'd never guess some of the people behind Rayman were behind this. Similarly unforgiving after a certain point and arguably even tighter with its collectathon elements, this was still a lot of fun and one that pulled me into trying to get 100%. Which I almost did but I absolutely could not do the final boss / level at all. The controls are not perfect, as noted by others, which can be a deal-breaker when it comes to precision platformers. But the gameplay was otherwise strong and helped a lot by its nods to Portal 2. Enjoyed this.
