Beat the game, I got a little confused, at the end, but you could beat it in 40 minutes. You can tell its a project a solo person worked hard on and wants it to be so much more. No armor to equip, no levels, no skills. You can walk backwards and swing and non of the non mage enemies can hit you. I am sure the creature would like to add those things and I hope he does add them. I feel like he rushed it, all the effort he put into the game should be put into the first town. I get it though, they wanted to get it out. I hope to see more content soon, but I have not seen a post from him in a year. I recommend spending the 3 bucks and supporting him.

Scrolls of the Lord is a dark fantasy action title that wears its inspirations proudly. Developed and published by Arbatskii Anatolii, the game presents players with a grim tale of resurrection and redemption in a world that has already fallen into ruin. Rather than focusing on saving kingdoms or gathering allies, the story begins after the apocalypse has already claimed its victims. Players assume the role of a disgraced knight brought back to life by a mysterious force and tasked with uncovering the secrets behind the destruction of the realm. This premise immediately sets a melancholic tone that remains consistent throughout the entire adventure. The game's greatest strength lies in its atmosphere. Every environment, from abandoned settlements to gloomy wilderness areas, conveys the feeling of traversing a land that has long since surrendered to despair. Scrolls of the Lord embraces a minimalist approach to storytelling, allowing its setting to communicate much of its lore. There are no grand cinematic sequences or excessive dialogue dumps; instead, the game encourages players to absorb the world through exploration. Fans of classic PC fantasy games will likely appreciate this …

I played through this bad boy twice, the first time with a friend watching and it was a lot of fun. When I finished I noticed the achievements didn't work so I contacted the dev and he was very friendly and fixed the problem! My second playthrough everything unlocked just fine. The game isn't bad, especially for the price. I was looking for an obscure indie game and I was pleasantly surprised. There's a pretty cool crafting system and I liked how ominous and mysterious the world felt. Kinda had a King's Field vibe to it. It's got some spell casting and multiple weapons to choose from. My fav part was just exploring and seeing what I would find. I'd recommend it if you like dabbling in unknown Indie games.

This feels like an unfinished prototype, you can see the framework for a good game that was abandoned and just released as is, I would only buy this in the bundle with all 4 games in it because Mirum already feels better because it only focuses on puzzles and I haven't tried Imprison Hyperion yet though hopefully the developer built a more complete game from this framework.
