PixelJunk™ Monsters 2 is a tower defense game where you build magical towers from forest trees to protect adorable Chibis from waves of invading monsters. Defend your tribal home by strategically upgrading towers, collecting resources, and unlocking new stages to save the Tiki forest from destruction.
An army of mysterious monsters has invaded his peaceful forest!
Repel the fire and fury of your assaulting foes!
Build towers within the woods and level them up to vanquish the invaders!
Protect the Chibis, the future of the Tiki tribe!

Players appreciate the core tower defense gameplay and the shift to 3D perspective, which maintains the charm of the original PixelJunk Monsters, but most agree it falls short of the first game in overall enjoyment and design. Common complaints include the limited map visibility compared to the original, awkward terrain collision and character movement (especially on uneven surfaces), and a leaderboard plagued with hackers. While the game is polished and occasionally fun, reviewers feel it lacks coherence in its design direction and doesn't justify being called a true sequel.

very visually appealing, cool style. fun gameplay and frustrating levels. love the first game & the second one.
Love the graphics of PixelJunk Monsters 2 and the gameplay as it makes the series unique. I have no interest in the 3rd in the series coming out and does not look visually appealing anymore.
Very nice co-op game, camera is sometimes zoomed in too much but we can handle the inconvenience as we need to save all the chibis!!!! nice music <3
