There's a potential for a fun single/co-op game here, but seems to have suffered from a 4v4 multiplayer focus which didn't trend. If the developer ever gathered a larger team and spent another 2 years turning into a action RPG with a story, would definitely be interested. As it current stands, feels like a slightly more beta or proof of concept. Charming though, even in its simplicity.

Fantasy Versus is a multiplayer action arena game developed and published by Animu Game, blending anime-inspired visuals with fast-paced team-based combat. The game centers on short, energetic matches where groups of players control unique fantasy characters and compete in cooperative battles against opposing teams. Designed with accessibility in mind, the gameplay focuses on simple mechanics and quick engagements rather than deep strategic complexity, making it easy for newcomers to understand while still providing enough variety for players who enjoy experimenting with different characters and abilities. Although it does not attempt to compete with large-scale multiplayer arena games in terms of scope, Fantasy Versus offers a colorful and approachable experience built around teamwork and character-driven combat. The core gameplay revolves around team battles, typically structured as four-versus-four matches in compact arenas. Players select a hero from a roster of characters, each possessing their own set of abilities and roles on the battlefield. Once a match begins, both teams attempt to outmaneuver and defeat their opponents using a mixture of attacks, special skills, and coo…

I'm not really sure if Fantasy Versus is an asset flip. Some elements of this game certainly make it seem like the developer put some effort into assembling some kind of original here. On the other hand, a lot of the game assets don't seem like they were created by the developer, but they haven't credited any asset creators for supplying assets, which might be a case of plagiarism. There's no evidence, so we need to give the benefit of the doubt... regardless, asset flip or not, the quality here is indistinguishable from many asset flip/cash grab scams, and that's a problem in itself. This is a console-esque third person brawler with a PvP focus... and no players, of course, because the quality is so low. Which leaves the afterthought that is the single player content, which is just running around some simple low poly environments and brawling various asset flip looking enemies, badly. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game features low-polygon "retro" assets with a cel-shading type shader effects instead of doing their job properly and textu…

I see the potential, but the fanbase is dead. Still a good game imo.

I have a mixed feeling about this game First of all, the single-player doesn't have storytelling it just you pick a map and then play it, as it felt like I was skipping some levels that I was not supposed to, second the multiplayer has 0 player so fighting with somebody will be impossible if you are lucky maybe you can invite your friends, third most of the achievement is impossible to get as I said in the second one that the multiplayer has 0 player in every server, I wish they could add a bot that I may play the multiplayer and get all the achievements.
