Can you please Cygames, Inc., Arc System Works put this game on a sale again please?

I am ages late writing a review for this but even when the game had a playerbase it was a bad fighting game. The coding was just bad and the balancing between many characters was also bad. Then rather than fixing the game, Cygames decided to make a newer version with only a few improvements and left this one to rot, but even Rising isn't a good fighting game. Looks beautiful, but plays poorly. That's both Versus and Versus Rising. Best to not waste your money on either of them.

this game is full of love from the developer- i am not a fan of arc system works fighters but this game is very well made and is worth playing after falling in love with relink and is worth the thumbs up despite me not planning to play it anymore- i dont like pressing a button and making a 3 hit combo and then linking to a 10 hit combo after without even trying.

I played it a bit more when it came out on consoles, but I gave up early and decided to give it a second chance here. It's good, I guess. I paid almost nothing for the game, so I don't have much to complain about. Essentially, if you don't live in the US or Japan, the game is dead. Be aware that Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising exists, so whatever player base is probably in that game. Multiplayer is dead for this. But GBFV is a great fighting game for what it is. Characters are unique and fun to learn and play with. There are also enough modes, such as the story and the additional RPG mode that comes with equipment, drops and crowd clearing, kind of like a simplified 2D beat-them-up, that allows for coop play which is pretty fun to mess around in with a friend. Overall, fun game even if the online is dead, get it super cheap to play with friends and you will have fun.
