Remnants of Naezith

This one’s a really solid arcade platformer with responsive mechanics and a cool grappling hook system. It’s very difficult though, so expect to retry levels a lot. The challenge is fun at first, but it can get a bit repetitive over time. Still, if you’re into hardcore platformers, it’s worth checking out.

Incredible speed game!

I'm fairly thankful that I didn't end up buying this game (a friend of mine bought it accidentally and gave it to me as a gift), as I figured out pretty quickly that this isn't the game for me. The game is a very fast paced, challenging platformer, with a steep learning curve. Managing your momentum is extremely important, and the game doesn't really do a great job of explaining how to do this, so you're forced to learn via trial and error. I can see why this would be entertaining for some people, as it does feel really good when you complete a level properly and fly through it at the speed of sound, but the frustration required to reach this point was just too much for me. This was even more frustrating because the game immediately shows you ghosts of other players completing the level successfully, which does help you figure out where to go, but makes you feel even worse when you die repeatedly on a section because you don't know how to proceed while the ghost repeatedly flies past you.
