About Mary Skelter 2

What must you sacrifice to escape fate? Find out in this nightmarish dungeon-crawling RPG! The Nightmare continues in Mary Skelter 2! In this first-person dungeon crawler, play as fairy tale-inspired characters called Blood Maidens, each with deeply customizable character-specific classes. Balance between power and madness in turn-based battles with a blood-fueled transformation system, and escape a living prison while indestructible Nightmares give chase in real time.

The Jail - a living prison that feeds on the humans trapped within its confines. The Jail appeared a number of years ago with the caving of the city around it.
Now twisted creatures known as Marchens and treacherous Nightmares roam its halls. Otsuu and Little Mermaid are a part of a group of humans known as "Dawn" attempting to survive these horrors. They succeed in saving Alice and a young man named Jack on one mission. However, on their return back to base, Alice goes mad and begins attacking those around her. Alice strikes Jack, who was trying to protect Otsuu and Little Mermaid, knocking them down a chasm. Later, Otsuu and Little Mermaid awaken from the fall only to find Jack on the verge of death...

And so begins the tale of escaping from fate, led by a group of girls seeking sanctuary in this mad world, and of the young man who would transform into madness itself - a Nightmare.

Mary Skelter 2 revisits the previous game by including the remake of Mary Skelter: Nightmares. Improvements made in the remake have been reflected in Mary Skelter 2, for an even more intense experience.
(Of course, you can enjoy Mary Skelter 2 on its own.)

this game ruined my life, killed my crops and made me cry. You don't play this because it's fun, you play this for Otsuu and Little Mermaid.

Front and center I must say I have long been a fan of the weird original titles for the PSPs that were these often lower budget, creativity driven, technical meh products. I love Nights of Azure, I’d probably adore gravity rush. These games often are a mess but extremely creative, and maybe a bit ill advised in some parts. Mary Skelter is probably a perfect example of this weird era of games. A dungeon crawler that wants to be horny, but really can’t do or show anything more racey than a teen rated manga I’d read in the chairs of old book stores waiting for my mom to pick me up as a kid. It’s frankly juvenile, as is its obsession with blood and gore, all neon pink. It’s very much a distant sister to Danganronpa aesthetically and in terms of maturity. Yet honestly its juvenile vibe makes it easy to ignore the horny vibes if your not here for it. While the original game was more of a harem game, this one takes an entirely different vibe, I’ll get into it later. The dungeon crawling isn’t really all that different than a might and magic game, monsters are often a little wild in their unique designs however which can be fun to see, if not particularly interesting mechanically. THIS IS PEAK My partner recommended Mary Skelter 2 to me, so I already had a feeling I'd enjoy it... but it still ended up impressing me more than I expected...!! The gameplay is fun overall, I haven't really played all that much dungeon crawlers but it ended up being pretty addictive, but my biggest gameplay complaints are that the final dungeon really starts to drag on, in both the first and second game, and the included first game has some serious balancing issues... despite that, it was fun having to manage the Blood Maidens' bleed mechanic which can have a nice risk/reward component that fits the story's themes well The biggest highlight about this game however, is the story, I really recommend going into it without researching much of the plot...! The characters' relationships and personal struggles give the story a lot of weight, while the fairytale inspirations are actually incorporated into their personalities and arcs rather than just being names slapped onto characters Some people recommend playing the second game first, but in my opinion, playing the included first game first is a much better experience for me! I feel like the second game deliberately plays wi…

Every game series that originally catered to gamers offered sexy moments, revealing outfits, and upskirt shots alongside solid gameplay, because the creators focused on what gamers actually wanted. Then came the female activists posing as major game developers, inserting themselves into things men enjoy solely to ruin that enjoyment. I don't accept explanations meant for idiots like the claim that it's intended for a wider range of gamers. The "modern audience" exists only for the deluded who lack a mind of their own. Men, who make up the majority of gamers, never wanted any of this. The more censored a game becomes, the more feminist and anti-male it is. Furthermore, both the story and the gameplay of the games are getting progressively worse. Why aren't LGBT games considered perverse? There are no warnings about corrupting the mind or soul for lgbt games, but for sexy games we get warnings everywhere. If we, as male gamers, want to see a woman in her panties, we're labeled a perverts, and the next game gets censored further. The world has become so deranged that it views attraction to the opposite sex's sexy clothing as something perverse, while considering attraction to the sam…
