Worth it just for the OST!

Really fun rhythm game, enjoyed alot with a banger OST, you can feel that this game was made with love. Looking foward for more games from Duckbridge!

BOY BEATS WORLD is a strange little adventure with tons of charm and originalty. It's especially recommended if: You are looking for a music game that is not all about perfect execution You enjoy unique world building and dark comedy You enjoy searching for new music in real life The introduction is a bit slow but after that it's pretty smooth sailing. Not everything is explained right away and it seems expected of the player to figure out and try out the mechanics (and pogression) themselves. But there is a help screen and extra settings to help you out.

Fun beat mechanic that is satisfying to execute and get right. The enemy behaviours force you to use it in different ways so that’s neat Great accessibility options like freestyle mode and a beat visualiser, making it fun to play the game despite your skill level! It’s also giving me really old school indie vibes - with bold design choices that prioritise “character” over retention - like what happens with the starting dialog (are you human?)

Also recommended if you are not into rhythm games! The game is build in such a way that people like me (a raccoon without rhythm but with love for music) can also enjoy it :D
