About Mala Petaka
Mala Petaka is a 2D Pixel Art Shooter-inspired sci-fi FPS runs on GZDoom. You play as 'Petaka', an angry amnesiac that's on a journey to revive his memory by exploring multiple universes through warp portal technology. His journey won't be easy because he'll encounter many one-eyed aliens and annoying drones that'll attack him. _______ Gameplay Features

Perhaps one of the most beautifully designed boomer shooters on Steam. No bugs found other than a few framedrops when entering stages for the first time. Other than that this is a very beautiful game! Props to the music and graphic designers!1 found this helpful
Fantastic boom shoot wrapped in an unusually colorful veneer for the genre. Weapons, movement, maps, enemy roster, and music all complement each other very well. Fun secret hunting without being necessary like some boom shoots these days. Look forward to the expansion.1 found this helpful
its wild you dont see more retro shooters with this kind of vibe. the bright poppy pixel art and great chiptunes really gel into a memorable experience. great feeling weapons and using the the melee finisher is so satisfying.
