Woke up to a strange sound and opened my eyes. Sitting in my bed, confused and shocked, I looked at the partly open door. Someone with strange eyes was staring at me through the door, suddenly the door closed! I came to and realized that someone had sneaked into my house. All I could think of at that moment was to call the police, that is, if everything is in its place. Am I to try this maze on my own or will someone help me out?
Silence Channel is a series of Psychological Horror video games based on true stories, each episode of which tells its own unique story and character development. In Silence Channel 2, players need to solve puzzles, hide from enemies, find hidden items, and even fight with strange creatures in order to unravel the story and escape from the environments they are trapped in.
The story of this episode is also based on a true story. At the beginning of the game, we are introduced to an unknown character who witnesses strange and supernatural events in her house and does everything she can to escape from it. Then we hear a phone call report from a woman to the police stating that someone has entered her house and she needs help. At this time, an officer named Martin, who is the closest patrol officer to the house, is dispatched to investigate the scene, and a new story begins.

Completed the game with 68% achievements. A spectacular horror game where you explore dark unsettling apartment buildings, hospitals and underground asylums battling evil mannequins, an evil clown and other nasty entities. Game has a ton of content, super fun gameplay and i highly reccomend!2 found this helpful
The visual atmosphere is great, nioce graphics, the developer did really a good job with it, also it runs fine, so it's well optimized. This is a huge plus in favor. But the gamplay is pretty dull. From the plot that unfolds, to the cat and mouse chases with 1 hit kill, lots of hiding in lockers too. It also happened at some point where the flashlight should've worked and it didn't so I found myself getting lost in pitch black darkness. It happened to me once in the 1st chapter the sewers... It just didn't turn on, but then after replaying that part, the flashlight worked normally. The biggest criticism however is the repetitiveness of gameplay for the lack of checkpoints in chapters. The game only saves at the beginning of each chapter. Still, recommended to check out.1 found this helpful

Silence Channel 2 is a psychological horror game that focuses on exploration and puzzle-solving, using environmental storytelling and atmosphere to carry the experience forward, with a heavy emphasis on familiar horror setups. Pros ✔️ Nice asset choices - Visually, a lot of the environments work well and are put together decently. ✔️ Some interesting puzzles - When the puzzles click, they’re engaging enough to break up the pacing. ✔️ Good atmosphere in places - There are moments where the mood is set well and things feel appropriately tense. Cons ❌ Hard to stay invested - Even early on, it struggled to keep my attention. ❌ Voice acting is pretty mid - It doesn’t ruin the game, but it also doesn’t elevate it. ❌ Leans too heavily on familiar ideas - It pulls a lot from existing games without doing enough to make those inspirations feel fresh. Conclusion I didn’t hate this, but I also didn’t feel any pull to keep going. I finished the prologue, paused, and realized I was already satisfied with stopping there — which isn’t a great sign, especially for a horror fan like me. It never really gave me a reason to stay curious about what came next, and that’s ultimately where it lost me. …1 found this helpful
Pros: - Music - Atmosphere - Puzzles - Good length (although some levels felt a little padded out) Cons: - Mannequin gun level was TERRIBLE... Not having soft saves and having to start over is NOT GOOD! - Repetitive jumpscares sometimes even done in the same places - Wasn't really getting much of a story until they did an exposition dump after chapter 3 - Assets from areas used (home, hospital, etc.) weren't flipped ENOUGH to make it not noticeable
