About Orbital Cargo Division
Capt'n Christopher Novak works for the Galactic Mining Group in the Orbital Cargo Division. The department responsible for deliveries and supplies between the individual mine sites in a solar system. Together with his crew, consisting of the pilot Zoe Corvin and the technician Henry Talon, they deliver various goods from one orbital station to the next with a cargo ship. The time between the stations can sometimes last for weeks and the job itself is also quite unspectacular.
That changes abruptly when they arrive at what appears to be an abandoned station. Power appears to be there, but no one is responding to their radio messages.

I was very surprised when I already finished the game in 1h50. You play as Christopher Novak, Captain of a freighter crew in the Orbital Cargo Division, who wants to dock at a space station to make their usual deliveries. But this time you find it completely abandoned. Or is it? It’s a game by German developer Manuel Schenk and heavily influenced by Sierra’s Space Quest series. Orbital Cargo Divison feels like it could fit the old Sierra oeuvre, and it relies heavily on that classic charm to win over adventure gamers. Captain Chris is actually telling the story after the facts to an officer of the military police interviewing him. This delivers a couple of funny intermissions while you’re playing. There’s certainly some level of dark humor in it, and a few laugh-out-loud moments. Especially controlling the maintenance droid, which is for me the highlight of the game’s humor. But I was missing some more variety in the generic responses. When you try to use an inventory item on something, and it’s not the right solution, you’ll always hear Captain Chris saying “Nothing happens” or “That doesn’t work”. Funny but VERY short. I've managed to complete it in a little more than an hour, does not worth 10 EUR, I've got it with discount, so it's fine for me.1 found this helpful
I liked the atmosphere and the humor. The puzzles are logical and not too difficult, just take the time to inspect each active area in each room. I just wish it was a little longer.1 found this helpful
