Magical force known as Chroma drives the world, and Chroma-compatible people called Aions govern the lands as nobles. On a small fishing island, out in the middle of the seas, an Aion girl named Seles sees her life changed forever after getting caught up in a dark plot. Now on the run, she ventures the world’s countries in search of answers, gathering a following of other girls all setting out for their own reasons. However, the open roads are a dangerous place indeed for a group of young travellers, as peril and captivity lurks around every corner…

Didnapper 2 is the long-awaited successor to the original Didnapper, headed by the same director. While this game borrows many gameplay elements and themes from its predecessor, it is completely standalone and can be enjoyed without prior knowledge. This game does not contain any nudity or sexually explicit scenes. DID Games is a small collective of game developers who believe in making distress-themed games without sacrificing quality or substance. Despite its bondage theme this is actually a very cute and wholesome RPG. Good cast of party members with well made character arcs. Good enemy variety. Lots of optional equipment, skills and bosses sprinkled through the game. Extra costumes aren't merely fanservice they change the stats and active skills of the characters. Sort of equivalent to a reclass in other RPGs. There is a whole minigame about escaping bondage that's pretty complex and fun. There is no nudity or sex, the game very specifically caters to damsel in distress fans. But there are mods if you want that. Very enjoyable and recomendable. I read the changelog and the devs kept updating and adding free content years after release. Very admirable.2 found this helpful
Didnapper 2 is the most interesting RPG (non-Fallout) in my game library so far! The game is incredible and offers polished and intriguing world-building, story, and gameplay systems! In addition to the great punitive defeat system, good heroes, and even better villains! I loved the interrogation and escape system, as well as the relative freedom of choice in both sidequests and main quests. The game consumes few GBs and is accessible, great for introducing newbies and entertaining RPG masters. Thanks to DID Games for creating such an interesting game on such an underexplored theme: Damsels In Distress. In a nutshell, the game is incredible and worth its price.1 found this helpful
