About 63 Days

I'm part of the first generation born in a free Poland, after 123 years of foreign occupation. I grew up believing our freedom was safe, but the outbreak of World War II shattered that hope. We're angry and tired, but also determined. We're itching to do something, to reclaim our normal lives. My companions and I feel we have only one choice: to get revenge and win back independence for our city and nation, or die trying.

The odds are overwhelmingly against us, but we're like brothers and sisters, driven by our fighting spirit, relying on our wits and teamwork. But will it all be enough?
If we plan well and execute correctly as a group, we might just stand a chance. We have many ways to approach each mission, always trying to make the right decisions.
Wherever our uprising takes us, our bravery will be remembered for generations. Our story will be told, there will be enough survivors to tell the tale. We'll employ good tactics, be fearless, be like ghosts.
We know how to fight. We prefer to be stealthy, to increase our chances and minimize our losses. But if that fails, we'll shoot our way through.
We know Warsaw inside out and we use that to our advantage. The Germans may have destroyed much of the city, but that only helps us engage them more effectively!
We're fewer in numbers, but stronger in motivation and the bonds that keep us together. Good cooperation is one of our strengths. Each of us has a different background, personality, and skills, but we fight together as one. Having a good friend to fight alongside you and have your back is not only more fun, but also a big advantage.

didnt even get passed the first level where i knew this was going to be a pain. The main guy can only throw a knife as main melee kill and it creates such a loud sound barrier which alerts everyone making it uselsess. Cant even switch to knockout. What made it worse he cant move a body. Everyone should be able to move a body. I projected how much pain this would cause in future levels and im like yeah nah im out. And if a healthy young fighting age male cant move a body i doubt 3 other future characters would if its a kid or a female. FAIL.

Great theme however the gameplay is lacking nor intuitive. I cannot keep playing more as the gameplay is dull and frustrating. For example it doesn't explain how to control the characters correctly. I found myself save scumming on each every part of the map. The enemies AI is not great, they simply glitch on buildings / boxes or somehow they instant find you in the hiding spots which equals to reload. The free range control of each character is not great, you don't get a feel how the guns will fire or shoot. Only multiple times you reload the save you figured it out. Also, when you free control your other character simply sit there and won't support you while shooting the enemies. Overall the game came down to always reload the save multiple times to see what works or not.

63 Days is a solid entry in the slowly dying RTT genre, but nothing spectacular. If you’re a fan of RTT games, you’ll probably find something to enjoy here. If you’re new to the genre, though, I wouldn’t recommend starting with this one. There are quite a few moments where the game feels clunky and unpolished.
