I definitely recommend this game. The gameplay is amazing; killing half zombie, half ghost-type creatures is so satisfying. The innovative idea of using butterfly to reveal invisible ghosts was great. The locations are pretty nice and enjoyable. The game isn't overly difficult. However, the storyline isn't very strong. One thing I didn't like about the game is the voice acting in Vietnamese. It would have been great if they had voiced it in English instead.

Encountered a lot of issues where I had to restart the level to fix the issues. Puzzles are horrendous and not fun at all. lots of bugs and I'm not sure if they are trying to fix anything. I'll keep an eye on it but so far it sucks.

Bugs, glitches, lack of direction in game. Spent the first 45 min wandering around the hospital trying to figure out where to go. Even after, the first chase scene is buggy; the game is unplayable.

I am here writing this review after playing and uploading my play through to YouTube for #Humpdayhorror a series where I play horror games on Wednesdays. The cryptic way I found out about this game was that someone, presumably someone with ties to this game, left a comment on a review I did for a game called Hollow Cocoon. They told me I should write a review of this game. So, I took a look at the game and saw that It was a Vietnamese horror game. So I bought the game and played it, now I am here for the reviewing. This game is decent. The atmosphere is really cool. The sound effects and music is really well done. There are some really interesting parts of this game that feel like this game was supposed to be longer? Maybe I am crazy but the whole hospital setup and how you leave the hospital (I am trying to keep this vague as not to spoil things) seems to show some mechanics that are rarely used later on if at all. The whole sequence was really good and the cut-scenes were all really fun and wild as well. The soundtrack for the last stage is also amazing and I could listen to that to pump me up before doing anything. There are some things to be improved however. First, hav…

I gave Taken Soul: Đoạt Mệnh a decent go, but I can’t say that it was any good sadly. To describe the gameplay, I would say that it is inspired by Resident Evil in the way it plays but fails across the board. Your character’s attacks are sluggish, movement feels much the same, enemy variety is nonexistent, the few puzzles they had were dead simple, the levels vary from claustrophobic and annoying to navigate to outright huge and empty (plus it railroads you pretty tightly), the hitboxes feel bad for melee attacks, the to get the butterfly to work I just ended up trying repeatedly until it worked, action prompts are very specific for where you are standing, and sometimes you have to inspect the item then interact with it which overlaps visually and kills your time, and in rough cases, kills your character. That is a lot of issues, the shooting is acceptable at least. But the whole thing was just unfun, and there were several times I was just about to quit the game and be done with it. The first one was early on in the hospital, after failing the start of the escape portion it put down my health to a point where the full sprint was gone and it killed me over and over probably with 1…
