About Who Is Ethan?

Inspired by a true experience
On a cold winter day, you wake up in a damp patient room with a severe headache. The first thing you find is your own death certificate. The patient rooms are filled with terrible smells and deformed human beings. As you go deeper, you will never forget what you witness. The hospital roof is 6 meters below ground level. The only way out is to discover the truth. The only way to learn the truth is to reach the minus fourth floor.Simple choices have major consequences.A simple decision you make will determine whether Emily Halloway survives. But to learn the consequences of your choice and, most importantly, who you are, you will have to return to where you started. Because you know... everything ends where it begins.

This is one of those games I really wish I could leave neutral feedback for. For $3 USD I did expect a bit more. To be fair this game should be a free to play game. Its obvious its's someone's first attempt at making an indie horror. There isn't a whole lot to say about it. You go from room to room looking for keys and anything else that has a green glow to it and after about 40 minutes the game is over. It is not scary at all though.

I can't say that this was the most immersive, thrilling game I've ever played, but it did its job. For a game made by two people with no experience (or at least no full games published), it was alright. People in the comments say you can finish it in 30 minutes, and while it's probably true, I enjoyed taking my time walking around (I'm also a scaredy-cat, which might have added to it lol). There are two absolutely nonsensical jumpscares, but other than that, the game mostly goes like: go to a room > find a key > go to another room > find a key and a creepy note > rinse and repeat. A little lame, but also, you can't really go wrong with that.

Not a good game. It's about 30-45 minutes long and everything (sound, graphics, story, atmosphere, etc.) is just incredibly "meh". Nothing about manages to convey fear whatsoever. It's basically find this key that will take you to the next key and so on and so forth, and there's very little in-between except for a few bad "jump scares" and a few notes to read that don't give you enough to really care. Sadly, this is not a game I would recommend.

Maybe movement is slow, but I didn't mind that. Story was intriguing.
