About Asylum 1966
Asylum 1966 is a first‑person psychological survival horror set in a decaying mental institution.
In Asylum 1966, you play as Nelson Shamrock a former federal agent consumed by guilt and rage. Years after his daughter disappeared, a rumor leads him to Ravenshade Asylum, a long-abandoned psychiatric hospital buried deep in the woods. What begins as a desperate search spirals into a descent through madness, memory, and something far more sinister.
This is not just a haunted place. It’s a reflection of Nelson’s fractured mind.
As you explore the asylum’s rotting halls, reality bends. Shadows move when you’re not looking. Whispers echo from empty rooms. And the deeper you go, the more you’ll question what’s real.
Horde Mode, face endless waves of enemies
And remember to not wander for too long in the basement....
You’re fighting yourself.
Some truths should stay buried.
