The standout feature of this edition! Manage a youth academy dedicated to developing young players. Set up modern facilities, design tailored training programs for each talent, assign them a mentor, and track their progress. You'll be responsible for scouting young prodigies, adjusting their development, deciding when they’re ready to join your roster, and launching them onto the professional stage!

With the follow up, you now have access to even more data on the supervision screen to monitor your players' performance in detail.
