About World War Zero

The World War began in August 1914. It is now March 1964, and war still wages on. The Russian October Revolution has taken place, but the Bolsheviks were crushed by the mad Baron Ugenberg. He plans to build a huge Russo-Mongolian empire that stretches from the Atlantic to Vladivostok, crushing any opposition in his wake.

As Lieutenant James Anderson, part of a new coalition assembled to stop Ugenberg, you will infiltrate and destroy key enemy positions. Using your sharpened combat and stealth skills, you must try to stop the carnage!

• An original alternate history concept, taking place in a wartorn universe
• A combination of tactical and action-based gameplay across 16 levels, with detailed analysis at the end of each completed mission.

This is a game remake of IRON STORM? Are you serious? World War Zero is a technical downgrade compared to Iron Storm. I've seen better from high school students.

As someone who enjoyed the original Iron Storm back when it came out, I can say that this version of the game is neither an upgrade or a downgrade. Its more an "Alternate Version." I very much enjoyed the original, but it was a very Janky game with serious bugs and glitches. Some of which soft locked progression. It had interesting plot points and level designs that tried to do new things. World War Zero corrects almost every flaw from Iron Storm. The gunplay now is satisfying. Progression is fluid. Its actually pretty darn fun to play. But in correcting all the flaws, it also lost some of the charm and ambition the original game had. Later levels that had puzzle solving and complex progression are now linear and simple. Several …
