About 2,4D Game
In 2,4D, you take on the role of a knight whose village was burned to the ground by a ruthless warlord. With nothing left but the memories of your fallen people, you embark on a relentless quest for justice—determined to track down the one responsible and make them pay.Your journey leads you through treacherous landscapes. Along the way, you will face deadly enemies: evil goblins under the warlord’s command. Every battle is a test of skill, demanding precise movement, perfectly timed attacks, and complete mastery of your weapons.
But vengeance is rarely so simple. As you venture deeper into the world, you'll need to leap with precision from one platform to the next—careful not to fall, or your mission may take longer then you want it to.Will you let rage consume you, or will you forge a new path? The warlord awaits. The path of vengeance begins now—will you be strong enough to see it through?

The game is quite bare bones and doesn't feel too good to play. There are also some bugs like attacking while shielded and the enemies follow you off the cliff resulting in clean platforms after a respawn or after keeping a shield up for some time I left after completing only few stages so can't really say much about the amount of content or how the mechanics play out in harder maps. The stages I played however felt more like proofs of concepts. Reminds me of some browser games I used to play1 found this helpful
Steam is drowning in thousands of lazy, low-effort 2D platformers, and "2,4D Game" is yet another one. I'm not kidding, there's over 17,000 platformers on Steam, almost all of them are garbage, amateur kitbashes. This is not one of the good ones. This is some complete garbage if ever I saw it.. a 2D retro pixelcrap platformer/brawler with a couple of game modes, but it's mostly just some of the jankiest platforming ever done. If you could get past the bugs and actually play this, you shouldn't. The platforming genre is pretty much obsolete... just a tiny number of professionally developed platformers exist on PC and offer any real value or interest to gamers (Silksong, etc). This is nowhere near being as good as Hollow Knight or Silksong. Even without a price tag, it's easy to see why gamers ignored this in favor of modern, professionally developed 3D games. This is offering nothing new or interesting, so it's easy to see why this failed. This feels more like a tech demo or a project smacked together hurriedly to try make a kind of minimum viable product just good enough to pass the developers unambitious idea and shove it into Steam Direct to see if you can actually pay $1…
Managed to get into dev mode, very cool epic game if you could make the first jump.
good
