About Tiny Knight

After seeing your village destroyed, you set out on an adventure to stop the mysterious attacker from wreaking havoc upon the rest of the province. You must travel through dense forests, navigate caverns and dungeons and cross snowy peaks. However, this will prove most difficult, as the mysterious attacker is not the only danger you will encounter on your journey.

This is a fun game but where is the controller support listed?

I'm on level 10, I don't like it. You cannot skip animations, you have crappy controls and every now and then the game crashes in a random way - screen becomes black, or you don't have camera control or whatever (I'm playing on Linux). And the saves are really stupid - for example level 10 always resets to the beginning even though there are at least 3 checkpoints. Not my thing, sorry. I rarely vote "No" for a game, but this one is probably more suitable for kids. I'm just not enjoying it.

EDIT: I wrote this review then noticed there was supposedly patches that fixed a few of the issues I mention. However, my install is "up to date" as of the time of writing this and I just played the game so I can only assume the dev never published the patches for the Linux version (based on SteamDB info, the Mac version was also abandoned). Due to this, I strongly recommend NOT purchasing if you're on Linux/Steam Deck unless you want to attempt to use Proton. Note: Game received for free via a "no strings attached" giveaway back in 2016. I wanted to like this game. It looks nice for the most part and could be fun. It even was fun for the first half or so, however so little is added during the game and there's almost no story that it feels longer than it needs to be, even at <4 hours for 100%. Positives:

Cute Graphics.
Puzzles aren't super hard.
Achievements are all easy enough.
There are checkpoints.
You get new weapons.
You can bounce on enemy heads as an attack. It's actually very effective for most enemies if they don't have spiky helmets.
Negatives:

An entire level (12: Enemy Mines) is has a headache inducing glitch t…

I think I have the updated version, so many of the complaints of other players seem to be solved. I could be wrong, I'm only on level 4. It seems to be responsive to a gamepad controller. The puzzles and gameplay are pretty fun. The only thing I have against it so far is, if you quit in the middle of a level, you lose all your play for the level, even though there are small save points in the level so you don't go back to the start. I've had to leave my computer running sometimes and take a break, and come back because of it. Cute little game though. I got it on sale, but even at full price, I think it would be worth it. It's nice to not be so realistic with everything.
