About DERE Vengeance
Unleash your fears in a fourth-wall-breaking platformer horror game that will leave you questioning allegiances... and reality itself.
SINISTER PIXEL ART WORLD
Let the hauntingly atmospheric soundtrack and meticulously designed pixel art engulf you in paranormal encounters, impossible glitches, psychological horror, and the nostalgia of classic side-scrolling games.
COZY COMPANIONS
Enjoy the guidance of A.I.D.E. and a very kind and morally right "Dev," who'll be there to assist players every step of the way. The companions also help give an eerie charm to the surreal experience of playing this unique game. Players also encounter eccentric characters, scary creatures, and unsettling corruptions along their journey.
CHALLENGING BUT FAIR
Experience terror as you navigate nightmarish yet fair platforming challenges with precision and dread. The old-school hard gameplay is reminiscent of classic games that are hard to put down, preparing the brain for the kind of scares that make most analog horror media effective.
FOURTH-WALL-BREAKING STORY
Dive into thrilling meta-horror that defies the boundaries of the creepypasta digital horror genre, blending fear and suspense into a truly surreal experience. In DERE Vengeance, the player is part of the story.
HAUNTING JOURNEY
Embrace the perfect blend of nightmare and adventure in this story-rich platformer that promises genuine scares and enjoyable gameplay. You can embark on DERE Vengeance without playing our other games, though not advisable, as this terrifying adventure stands on its own with a unique and intriguing experience.

Great job.In line with the other parts. As an ARG, it is good.1 found this helpful
The music is the best thing about Dere Vengeance and Dere Evil. You can play both games in either order and the story is pretty incoherent but the "meta concept" works... sometimes. The hardest part of this game is figuring out the intro code which is really weird since you don't actually need to hear the audio to complete the game. It's mostly a typical platformer with some physics-based gameplay and funny rules like the fact that collecting coins kills you. I would've liked it if the voiceover directing you where to go was a little bit more sophisticated in telling the truth or lying. As it is it's a linear platformer where you play as a vampire for no apparant reason with weird meta humor and great audio design.1 found this helpful
The best by quality game made by appsir
I can't stress enough how much I adore this game. I've been a fan of Appir.Inc and their work for a long time, and seeing the long-awaited DERE VENGEANCE (DV further on) in real time is truly amazing. It was definitely worth the wait! There are some points I'd like to cover: 1. The artstyle Personally, I am a huge lover of pixel art. And in DV, it's absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, I was stunned by the color choice and the smooth animation. Throughout the entire game, it was a pleasure to look at. 2. The gameplay Challenging platformers are by now one of the most iconic things when it comes to Appsir games. And while yes, some of the obstacles take long time to master and overcome, I myself find it enjoyable. After all, the satisfaction is rewarding in itself. I've seen people talk about repetitiveness, however I don't think that's an issue. I find the obstacles really creative, and even during the replaying parts, it's more about being hyped for the little differences, which makes up the tension. Which leads my to my last point, 3. The story DV is an end to the DERE series (DERE.EXE, DERE EVIL.EXE, DERE VENGEANCE), and I feel that the ending was perfectly satisfyi…
