About 41 Hours: Prologue
41 Hours - is a first-person shooter dramatic experience that follows the narrative of Ethan, a workaholic scientist in search of his long-lost wife.
Join his trip through the parallel universes and make those trying to stop you from getting back your love suffer.
You get to master devices that enhance you with super-human abilities:
• Telekinesis (mind manipulation of objects at distance)
• Time manipulation (fast reaction over slow motion)
• Cloaking (invisibility)
In his journey, you get to:
• Use portals for teleportation through the space-time continuum
• Experience extraterrestrial environments
• Fight overwhelming waves of robots and alien-manipulated zombies
• Solve mind-challenging puzzles
While we strived to let our imagination free, we kept a good sense of realism and over countless hours of work, we tried to replicate bullet dynamics, sounds, and physics of the 6 real weapons that you can use throughout the game (damage, weapon attachments: scope, laser tag, suppressor, aim down sight).

TERRIBLE GAME. The UI menu was so buggy that I could barely select anything; as I have a dual-screen setup, the mouse cursor would end up on the other screen, so it was ridiculous having to aim to the right every time because I’d end up on my second screen. It’s neither intuitive nor inspired; if I could rate it, I’d give it 0 out of 5.

Графика, хоть и не хватает полировки, имеет свой шарм и передает атмосферу мрачного научно-фантастического мира. Сюжет, намекающий на что-то большее, интригует своей загадочностью и потенциалом. Боевая система, хоть и проста, но ощущается достаточно бодро, а разнообразие врагов добавляет динамики. Однако, минусы ощущаются довольно сильно. Немногочисленные локации кажутся коридорными и однообразными. Оптимизация оставляет желать лучшего, даже на мощном железе наблюдаются просадки FPS. Сюжет обрывается на самом интересном месте, что является ожидаемым для пролога, но все же вызывает чувство неудовлетворенности. Баги встречаются, хоть и не критичные. В целом, '41 Hours: Prologue' - неплохая затравка для потенциально интересной игры. Если разработчики учтут недостатки и продолжат развивать проект в выбранном направлении, то может получиться что-то действительно стоящее. Пока же, это любопытный, но короткий и сыроватый тизер. Стоит ознакомиться, если привлекает жанр и интересуют инди-разработки.
