About A Duel Hand Disaster: Trackher

THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS
THIS GAME IS CHALLENGING AND DOES NOT HOLD YOUR HAND AS YOU MIGHT EXPECT IT TO. PAY ATTENTION, PACE YOURSELF, AND TAKE YOUR TIME. THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS. WATCH THE VIDEOS ABOVE, IN GAME, OR JOIN THE DISCORD. THIS GAME DOES NOT SUPPORT KEYBOARD AND MOUSE. IT IS DESIGNED AROUND A GAMEPAD. IN THE MEANTIME YOUR OTHER OPTION IS TO REQUEST A REFUND. I WON’T GET MAD ;)

CAPITAL LIST LEADHERBOARDS - The primary goal is to get a high score, however the only way to keep your score is to extract with it. You cannot play till death. If you die, not only do you wipe your current score, you risk the chance of wiping your leaderboard position as well. How you ask? The lower your health the higher the bonus the greater the risk. Every time you extract your score is marked. Why you ask? Why not?

SPLIT SCREEN SINGLE PLAYER TWIN STICK RISK ‘EM UP - You will be controlling two ships simultaneously. The devil is in the details. The left side is invincible, however shooting and moving consumes your LINK. In order to restore it you must recover MATERIAL on the right side. MATERIAL multiplies your overall score so use it with absolute discretion. On the right side you are recovering resources and will need 12 PARTS to extract and mark your leaderboard position. Don’t doubt yourself. Push yourself. You will be rewarded and you will be tested.

TEARS - Each Tear consists of new challenges with hella bonuses attached to them. Focus, overcome, and survive.

If you want a challenge you came to the right place.

Gameplay is hard to describe besides unique, and deeply underrated. I'm glad the dev finally got justice in being able to get a full release after a rough path. I only wish for them to sell more copies and that others get to play this great game, maybe this review helps.

Unique game play style. Completely original. Chaotic, maddening, beautiful.

There's a bit of a learning curve here, but it's well worth it for the sheer mind-bendy score-attack goodness.

Legit only playing this game because I'm being forced to - after which you will not be able to pay me to touch this horrible game ever again

I enjoy the hell out of the music, and its a great game for "zone players", like tetris. the 3d visuals look good enough, but the colors all make it pretty clear what's what at a quick glance, minus maybe the bots on the right side. the search light doesnt pop too well. this game is really good, but its terrible at informing you about the basics, and maybe its just me, but the info in black on a dark lit neon game scheme makes it incredibly difficult to track any information while the game is playing. i get that this is an arcade throwback, but some things (like obscure controls and information) should stay back there. i feel like the information about materials, upgrade progress, and missile ammo should be on the center line between the screens since you're constantly switching focus between the screens anyway, and maybe add a little more color coordination between the sides correlating inforamtion. saw someone described it "easy to learn, hard to master" and i feel like thats just false. took me half an hour of attempts and google searches to figure out how to stop the "every four minutes" fire wall thing. (tap right trigger 3 times quickly while in the cube in the middle, btw.) …

ADHD is a fantastic game if you're looking for a risk 'em up! The different mechanics and responsibilities you must uphold for both ends of the screen provide a well done challenge. Will definitely play again for sure!
