About Funnel Runners
Welcome to Funnel Runners, where you will have your first on-site deployment with APEX Storm Monitoring Services.
A high-priority F5 tornado is approaching, and we are counting on you (and up to 7 fellow friends) to collect data, scavenge necessary information, and, of course, survive. The weather is your worst enemy here. Tornados and storms will spawn randomly, grow stronger over time, and tear the whole map apart. Buildings will collapse piece by piece, and items will no longer be found in destroyed areas, so you must adapt quickly. Be careful not to be swept up by the wind; you may not be found again. In this mission, you can team up with 7 other players or tackle it solo. Share gadgets, split up to cover more ground, collect necessary information and items to fix the van before the situation turns bad.
With realistic graphics and a first-person perspective, the experience brings you close to every gust of wind, distant siren, and falling piece of debris. Scavange the collapsing city for scattered vehicle parts, fuel, and tools. These items will allow you to repair your van and help you survive the storm. Each playthrough features randomized environments, weather, items, and problems to solve on your vehicle. No playthrough will be the same.

I went into this game hoping for it to be fun but honestly after two matches of fixing the vehicle and avoiding the hazards of the storm I really weighed my options with my friends and we decided to return the game. I understand the vision of the game but at the moment I don't feel like it is worth almost 15$ when I could find other friend games that may have more content in them. No hate to the dev, keep up the work but at the moment those are my thoughts. Some things I found problematic was the very small map- the 3 of us could cover the map within 5 minutes and basically find whatever we needed. I think if we played for over an hour the gameplay loop would have gotten so easy there would be no incentive to play. Also being able to drive the vehicle would be cool, like go around a larger town and do more? Just a thought. I will keep an eye on this one in case it evolves into something cool but for now I am not impressed unfortunately.3 found this helpful
Definitely fun with friends, future updates will be great!
Never thought fighting for your life could be so comfy. Sound design is so good it's almost an ASMR experience just huddling up in a house while the elements tear everything down. Looking forward to seeing what the dev adds to the experience in the future.
Alr I had to buy the game because i'm a real fan of weather and atmosphere. This game nails that. The storms are awesome and scratches that itch for me. I had to play alone as my friends weren't very interested in the gameplay, and I'd agree with them it's very bare bones. Gameplay wise it feels like a demo. So I played the game by myself to enjoy the atmosphere for a good 39 minutes. It was good. I'd say take a look at it yourself as it has some great potential. The dev's showed some talent with the atmosphere but need to work some more on the gameplay. Until they add some stuff, me and my gang won't me playing... The premise is you fix van, drive van, get stuff for van to fix van, drive van, and so on. While doing this you're driving away from an endless F5 tornado getting closer to you. You will encounter other weather events as well to mess with you while trying to complete your objectives. That's the game at the moment.
was looking for my friend and found his corpse
The gameplay loop and content is too few to enjoy right now but if give this a time it might be the best party game
