Story summary
My father retired, and he, who had been living with his mother, finally had some free time. I thought it would be better to go find my children who were far away, and they just happened to move back to Beijing. The mother was unwilling to leave this rural town, but her daughter persuaded the mother to finally leave."My father and mother visited their daughter's home in Beijing. They talked about my father's understanding of his own belonging and the memories he had with his wife in the past."Although the family members in the past memories are separated by a long distance, they feel the warmth during the two phone calls apart. But the two people who came to Beijing felt that distant villageGame features

An RPG about mundane life! I really like the concept of this short game. It has an interesting art style. The sound design was solid, and I appreciated being able to set the BGM volume level. The plot had many elements that I did not expect, which I found to be delightful. There was a sense of realism to it. An Outland Village has a genuine slice-of-life feel. The English translation is quite rough—it's probably a machine translation—however, if you keep that in mind, you can make out what most dialogues are getting at. I hope to see more from Big One Park in the future!😊2 found this helpful
This is a story based game where every interaction felt carefully considered. Almost everything can be interacted with in the game which leaves a lot to be explored. Very unusual art style, and the narrative is interesting, with exquisite short flow vignettes
You’ll dive into heartfelt stories, but don’t be surprised if Aunt Edna starts reminiscing about her wild youth instead of passing the mashed potatoes! It's a cozy game that pulls at your heartstrings while also making you question your own family’s bizarre quirks. Perfect for those who love drama without the family therapy bill!
