About ArchiHexago
ArchiHexago is a casual puzzle game which takes inspiration from match–3 genre and takes it one step further. Each tile type has unique pattern which you need to match by placing puzzle pieces in order to gain points. Once you gain the points the tiles disappear freeing space on the map. Your goal is to not run out of space and to gain the highest score you can manage.
The difficult part is – the more moves you make the more difficult puzzle pieces you will draw. To make it more interesting you will also be able to play different levels and use special actions.
Levels
To provide you with a variety of challenges each level has different tile set and obstacles which in combination require you to come up with different strategies.
Tile types
There are 6 tile types and each tile requires different pattern to match.
Quests
During the game you will also be assigned quests which will require you to match special patterns. These quests are not obligatory, however they will provide you with Tokens which you can then spend on Special Actions.
Special Actions
Special Actions aid you in your regular gameplay. They are simple actions such as rerolling your current puzzle or removing tile of your choice from map. You don't necessarily need to use them but they can come in handy – especially when you run out of space on map.

Let me first say that I received the product for free. I definitely found ArchiHexago enjoyable, but with only 8 levels it was quite short and I think only 1 or 2 of those levels were of a higher difficulty. Once you have played all the levels you unlock a mode where you can create your own level variants, where you can choose the size of the island, the biomes and the amount of immovable rocks. I think 3$ is a fair price, but I personally hope more content will be added to the game!3 found this helpful

🏝️ A gentle blend of match-3 logic and tile-based puzzling — Archihexago surprised me with its relaxing, thoughtful gameplay. You’re given a small island made up of grid spaces, and your goal is to clear it by placing tiles like forests, rivers, rocks, and crops in smart ways. Match enough tiles to “clear” them and open space. Sometimes you're solving environmental puzzles — like linking a river from a campfire to the island’s edge, or clearing 7 forest tiles in one go — and other times it's more about managing space and planning a few moves ahead. It feels like Dorfromantik meets a minimalist match-3, and it absolutely works. The art is clean, the challenge is fair, and the price is more than reasonable for what you get. 💡 Great for fans of small, clever puzzle loops and people who like playing while sipping tea or winding down. A simple, fun game, that is worth its price. I haven't encountered any bugs.
A simple game, well executed. The fact it was on sale made it an easy choice. I probably won't play it lots, but I certainly got my money's worth. Well done to the developers. I did find it a bit unclear what to do next once my island was full, A cue to jump to the next island might help the flow.
