Its like playing madden on ps2 cept the game play is more fun and better BUT there's less animations compared to current gen games. Its fun, theres more than one way to play the game. You can call the plays, you can just sim the games or you can spectate the games...and ofcourse you can play the game hands on and control the players.

This feels like a clunky version of Madden. Pros: The one bright side and saving grace is that you can buy it for a fixed price to get any/all content available. There aren't any micro-transactions or Madden Ultimate packs that you need to buy to make your team better. There is a franchise mode that let's you either simulate everything as the coach or you can play through each game if you'd like. If you just want a quick game you can also hop on exhibition mode. The player names that you see are random and are not associated with anyone in the NFL likely due to licensing issues, but there is an editor mode that you can use if you'd like to make a new player or edit an existing one (although customization is limited). Cons: There is no MyPlayer mode as the customization is very limited. This can be seen as both a pro/con, but that game tries to play really "fair" in that even if there is an advantage with one player, e.g., someone having 99 speed being chased by a player with 80 speed can still be caught up to and tackled. Another example is if a receiver isn't wide open it'll likely end in an incomplete pass while in Madden if one receiver had a clear advantage they could stil…

i think this is much improved, getting tire of the madden circus though this year will be the last madden i get because of the madden voice overs missed him being in the franchise but that will be the last this is a nice alternative and the delopers i hope keep plugging away at it and make a truely great madden buster to a point that EA just gives up.
