So, I was on the fence about buying a game where you play as a tiny goat with a deck of cards... but wow, am I glad I did! Baby Goat Billy is the perfect mix of "aww, cute goat" and "oh, strategic brainpower activated." Sure, it’s simple, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want: a fun, unique card game where you wander around in 3D as your adorable goat avatar, battling foes with your well-planned deck. It's a strange game with a strange price tag, but worth a look on sale. Content is lacking but for all of the deckbuilder obsessives out there, this is a fringe title that's more fun than it has any right to be.1 found this helpful
i had a level 20 char, it froze on me at the boss battle i was clicking threw the settings and accidentally hit the exit it erased my whole char. now i have to start all over i doubt i will. this game is bugged out it froze again and erased all my talents, this game seems abandoned by the devs sad cause it has potential and the cards are coming up in doubles when not supposed to.
baby goat bill is a fun little game that has everything technical to showcase, "Yes. I CAN MAKE A VIDEO GAME". But is it ground breaking... Not even kinda. Pros: - It runs smooth - East to learn to play - Nice casual fun Cons: - It 100% feels like an intro into gaming - Some of the creatures are... questionable - The deck building is not really deck buildy Overall it's not awefull but it's not something I'd really go out of my way to buy. I give it 6/10 bahhs.
