About Bleeding Border
Bleeding Border is inspired by old school survival horror games, but view in a first person perspective.
In this game the player needs to hide, run and avoid , and only as the last resource use blood, because as soon as the player hurts himself he will start to bleed, and die if his wounds are not treated in time.
Needless to say is an adventure with a lot of gore and blood filled action.
When you are done with the campaign story modes you can enjoy or suffer the endless arcade survival mode, and get the highest time scores.
What Steam players say

Bleeding Border is a low-budget horror game with an interesting core mechanic of using blood as a weapon, but it's severely hampered by poor optimization, broken controls, and repetitive level design. Players praise its genuinely unsettling atmosphere and acknowledge the novelty concept, though the messy execution, incomprehensible story, and amateur presentation make it difficult to recommend except to achievement hunters and card collectors willing to pay under a dollar for a quick completion.

[/h1] In the endless race for the title of worst horror game and messiest translation on Steam, Bleeding Border proudly takes the lead. It's an amateur first-person survival horror that throws players into hastily drawn storyboards instead of actual cutscenes. The story comes through random art that has nothing to do with the game's style: three characters go somewhere for no reason, a monster kills two of them, and the main heroine loses an arm. That’s where the 'SHOCKING' part ends and the total circus begins. The main "gimmick" of the game is the battles. There are no weapons, so you have to fend off monsters with splashes of blood from your own stump. To get the blood flowing better, you have to periodically stab the heroine with a screwdriver and then bandage her up so she doesn’t die from blood loss. Sounds like an attempt at being edgy, but in reality, it just looks ridiculously stupid and only makes you cringe. Add in the awful, choppy 8-bit sounds and graphic…4 found this helpful
Frankly, the game is ♥♥♥♥ and it's a pity that there are non-working achievements. But if you cut out all the gameplay, leaving only the cutscenes, then it will be fine.
Terrible game. Terribly optimized. Impossible to look left or right without changing settings. Did it still scare me? Oh my god, yes. Was it worth $0.50? Obviously, yes, because the collectible cards alone are almost that much.

Bleeding Border has a genuinely interesting core mechanic — stabbing your own wound to spray blood on monsters is a weird, desperate idea that actually fits the survival horror vibe — but the execution is rough enough to undercut it at every turn. Controls are a mess out of the box, with mouse sensitivity so broken you might not even be able to look left or right without digging through settings, and the repetitive office floors start blurring together almost immediately. That said, at under a dollar it's hard to be too outraged, and the 100% achievement run is short enough that you can blast through it in under an hour for the trading cards alone. If you're an achievement hunter or card collector with zero expectations, you'll get your money's worth; everyone else should probably skip it.
